Shipping policy

All orders, domestic & international will be sent Royal Mail.

United Kingdom
Domestic orders will be sent using the Tracked 48 service. Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 days. A tracking number will be provided once your order has been posted.

International
International order will be sent using the Royal Mail Tracked International Service (tracked to delivery point for peace of mind) Royal Mail aim to deliver witing 5 - 7 working days. The postage cost will vary depending on the weight & size of the package.

 Soft Accents UK will arrange delivery of your order as soon as reasonably possible.  However, please note that delivery times quoted above are based on estimations by Royal Mail and the actual delivery times may take longer.

Customs and import taxes
For international orders, Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Soft Accents UK is not responsible for delays due to customs.
